Hey all, I know reviews have been sparse lately. That’s just because I am toiling away at trying to come up with my list for the Best of the Best in Horror Countdown which will be running every day through October. Please join me Monday as I count down to the number one horror film released in between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018.
And if you’re feeling generous, I’ve set up a Patreon page to help keep this whole website going strong. It’s crucial to get some kind of funding to keep the lights on at MLMILLERWRITES, so if you have extra dough, please support me! Also, if there are any people in need of advertising on MLMILLERWRITES, feel free to contact me here and we can talk turkey!
Don’t forget to share and like! I’ll see you on Monday for #31! Happy Horror Holiday Month to Everyone!
AHHHH! YES YES YES!! Your annual best-of lists are THE BEST and have been my go-to for Horror flick suggestions for years.

I look forward to this every year. I’m so glad you’re still doing it. Still waiting for you to finish the top snow covered horror film list, though. Whatever happened to that?

It wouldn’t be Fall, October, and Halloween without the fun of reading your horror film countdown. Yes, going limp during the snow film countdown was a downer. Hopefully you don’t experience the same review interruptus during this year’s Halloween foreplay.

I’m betting #1 on the snow countdown was “The Shining” but who knows if we’ll ever find out.

Sorry I bailed at the snow covered horror. It was a tough year this year and my responsibilities were definitely distracted from the site. I promise to do another snow covered horror countdown with the final two picks (which were most likely pretty obvious) soon after the Halloween column. I wish I could dedicate my full time to this site, but the real world steps in too often to distract me. I’m honored that folks actually follow my ramblings, so I will definitely finish the countdown as promised.

Horror is my favorite genre. I trust your reviews and have found more terrific and obscure films through your reviews than I can remember. I totally get that life happens. I’m sorry it’s been a rough year. Really hope things get better for you.
